Very uncomfortable heat in the room. Couldn't open window, I was sweating a lot every night.

I like the location and the way property is clean but i give deposite when i arrived 100 euro and didnot get it back yet

to say I had a bad experience here is a big understatement. To begin they are using false advertising when they mention single bed. In my opinion single bed means the room is a single and you are by yourself. Nope wrong single bed with double occupancy meaning your sharing a room with 1 person which isn't advertised anywhere. I arrived at there office she told me 2 rules no parties no guests. I agreed paid the room left a deposit went to the residence which is where I found out I wouldnt be sleeping alone. I even called them multiple times to clarify and they told me "sorry thats what it is. Next to make my stay worst the wifi was absolutely horrible the only way I could access it is in the living room where my next issue happened. I was watching a hockey game on my laptop late at night and accidentally passed out on the couch. I was awaken by a screaming maid in spanish and even if I told her no ablo espagnol she kept on screaming even louder till I went back to my room where 4 hours later she would come banging on my door to clean the room. To make matters worst I had the same issue the next night but this time I made sure to go the room and not sleep on the couch. The next morning I was asked to leave because the maid accused me of sleeping again on the couch which of course I argued because it wasnt true. It got so bad they threatened to call the police on me if I didnt leave. To make matters worst they stole my deposit because they said I didnt follow the rules but nowhere is it stated no sleeping on the couch and it was never told to me verbally. I say this to protect all travelers who want to save a buck please do not stay here. They will screw you over, they will rob you blind and I am literally calling my bank to dispute them stealing my room deposit. Even if its the last place on earth I would rather sleep on the street.
